Amends the
National Health Reform Act 2011
to: amend the definitions of ‘local hospital network’, ‘primary health care organisation’, ‘private hospital’ and ‘public hospital’ to enable the National Health Performance Authority to undertake its performance reporting role; and make technical amendments.
